Factors to Consider in Selection of Surface Processing Methods for CNC Processing Parts
The processing method of CNC machining parts depends first of all on the technical requirements of the processing surface. However, it should be noted that these technical requirements are not necessarily the requirements set out in the spare parts map, and may sometimes be higher than the requirements on the spare parts map in some way due to technical reasons. For example, due to the non-coincidence of benchmarks, the processing requirements for certain CNC machining parts are increased. Or it may be subject to higher processing requirements because it is used as a fine Benchmark.
When the technical requirements of the various CNC machining parts are clarified, the final processing method that can guarantee the requirements can be selected accordingly, and the processing methods that require several worksteps and each workstep can be determined. The CNC machining method chosen should meet the requirements of quality, good processing economy and high production efficiency. To this end, the following factors should be taken into account when selecting processing methods:
1. The machining accuracy and surface roughness that can be obtained by any CNC processing method have a considerable range, but only in a narrow range is economical. The machining accuracy of this range is the economic processing accuracy. Therefore, when choosing the processing method, we should choose the corresponding processing method that can obtain the economic processing accuracy.
2. Consider the nature of the CNC processing material.
3. Consider the structure shape and size of the CNC machining parts.
4. Consider productivity and economic requirements. In mass production, efficient and advanced processes should be used. It can even fundamentally change the method of manufacturing rough, which can reduce the amount of labor in mechanical processing.
5. Consider the existing equipment and technical conditions of the factory or workshop. When choosing the processing method, we should make full use of the existing equipment, tap the potential of the company, and give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the workers. However, continuous improvement of existing processing methods and equipment, introduction of new technologies and upgrading of processes should also be considered.
